us
Ramsden Pre-school is an Ofsted registered preschool situated in the village of Ramsden Heath in Billericay.
We
run 5 morning sessions from 09:30 – 12:15 and 2 afternoon sessions from 12:45pm to 3:30pm per
week for children aged 2½ to
5 years of age.
Location

Ofsted Report
Ramsden Preschool’s 2008 Ofsted Report has been published and we are extremely pleased with the inspection results.

New Committee Members
We always welcome new Committee Members.
We usually meet in the Pub in Ramsden Heath once a month.
The next meeting is the AGM on Monday 13th July at the Ramsden Heath Village Hall.
Please feel free to join us or contact an existing committee member or the Business Manager to volunteer.
INSET
Training
The pre-school may close for a maximum of three days per academic year for professional development staff training (INSET), which in turn improves the quality of the setting. No fee refund is given if the schools are closed for INSET or have to close due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

Events Update
This years Christmas Ball is sold out for Saturday 28th November 2009. The New Year Ball is being held on Saturday 9th January 2010 and there are only a few tables still remaining, so please book soon to avoid disappointment.
Thank you to all of those who came to our first Preschool Race Night on Saturday 13th June. It was an outstanding success with fun had by all and an amazing £700 raised for Preschool funds.
The preschool quiz night was held on Saturday 28th February and raised £300 for Preschool funds. A fun night was had by all and we hope to arrange another night for October this year.
Our annual Christmas Fayre on Sunday 7th December was a fun day had by all. Even Santa joined us for the occasion. Lots of traditional stalls, face painting and Santa’s grotto helped raise over £1000 for Preschool funds. Thank you to all those who helped with the day. Thank you to all who attended the Christmas Ramsden Pre-school Ball at Stockbrook Manor on Friday 28th November 2008.
The evening was a huge success with everyone having a great time whilst raising £1350 for the Preschool funds.
